All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or any other reason once the purchase is completed.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us at powergueplus@gmail.com within [30 days] of delivery.
To process your request for a deficit product:
Contact us with your order number and proof of purchase.
Provide photos or evidence of the defect or damage.
If the claim is verified, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, a full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Since we do not allow general returns, the only way to replace a defective item is to report the issue for a refund and place a new order.
